Enjoy the freshly prepared pacific-northwest country cuisine served on an attractive buffet or banquet style if requested. The Fellowship dining room provides a warm atmosphere. Family-style seating encourages friendly mealtime conversations. Menu options may be arranged, however the prices may differ from our regular prices listed below. Vegetarian, singular dietary needs and/or special meal times are gladly accommodated in advance of your function.

All prices quoted per person only, beverage service included and consists of coffee, tea, soda and iced water.

For banquet-style service add $5.00 per person per meal. For linen service with meals add $2.00

Snacks
Due to county health regulations we do not allow groups to bring their own snacks. Therefore, a large selection of treats are always available.

Accommodations
The Cedars has two fireside conference rooms and twelve guest rooms, six double occupancy and six triple occupancy (one single bed, one set of bunk beds). Each room is individually heated for your comfort and has a small vanity with sink. There are four bathrooms, the larger two having three showers each. Telephones are located throughout the building for your convenience. If a long distance call is necessary, we ask that you use your cell phone or make your call collect. Portland calls are local and can be made without charge. Audiovisual equipment available to meeting rooms includes marker boards, projectors, screens, VCR/TV, and a sound system.

#1 (14-Person Minimum)

  • Two Nights Plus Five Meals - $120.00 Per Person
  • Evening Dinner on the first day, Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner the following day. Brunch on final day
  • Price Includes Linens, Beverage Service and snacks
  • Price Based On Double Or Triple Occupancy - Private Rooms Add Additional $5.00 Per Person
  • Check In Time Is 3:00 Pm, Check Out At 12:00 Noon
  • Additional hours are $3.00 Per Person
  • Requires A Deposit Of $250.00

#2 (14-Person Minimum)

  • One Night Plus Three Meals - $75.00 per Person
  • Initial Evening Dinner with Breakfast and Lunch the Following Day
  • Price Includes Linens, Beverage Service and snacks
  • Price Based on Double or Triple Occupancy - Private Rooms Add Additional $5.00 per Person
  • Check in Time is 3:00 p.m.  Check Out at 4:00 p.m. the Following Day
  • Additional Hours are $3.00 per Person
  • Requires a Deposit of $250.00


Day Use Option (10-person minimum)

  • Nine-Hour Use, 7:30 A.M. To 4:30 P.M. - $30.00 per Person
  • Includes Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Beverage Service Throughout the Day
  • Afternoon Snacks Add $2.00 per Person
  • Additional Hour (Over Nine) - $3.00 per Person
  • Requires a Deposit of 50% of the Total Cost

Rates

  • $45.00 per night per person, double or triple occupancy, without meals (14-person minimum)

*Linens are included.
Towel changes are $ 2.00 per additional set.


Cancellations
If you have confirmed your reservation and decide you need to cancel your event 60 days prior to the event dates, you will be charged half of your deposit. If your group would like to reschedule the event we will apply any remaining deposit funds towards that reservation provided it is made within six months of the previous event date. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the event dates will forfeit the full deposit amount.  Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will be charged for the event.

Billing
We will bill your group as a whole and expect the balance in full by check or cash upon arrival at the Cedars.
 
Personal Belongings
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any items you may bring. If you accidentally leave an item at the Cedars, please call us as soon as you discover the loss. Storage at the cedars is at a premium. We normally keep lost and found items for only 30 days. If we have the item in question, we will be happy to return it UPS-COD, or you can pick it up at the Cedars.
